WHEN ORDERING

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders placed on a week day before 1pm will be shipped that day and any orders placed after this time will be send the next day.  Any orders placed over the weekend will be send out first thing on Monday.  UK & Northern Ireland orders will be sent tracked and will arrive within 3 days.  The republic of Ireland and the rest of Europe, please allow up to 5 days. We use Royal Mail for all our orders.

If you need it sooner you can upgrade to next day delivery or first class.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

We do indeed. If for any reason you want to exchange or return your purchase, please email us at info@thebeardedcandlemakers.com. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on third party products. If you live locally we can arrange via our Newcastle shop otherwise we may need to charge additional postage charges.

THE WAX AND MAKING PROCESS

Where are your candles made?

We make all our candles, melts and incense in-house in out candle studio and shop in Newcastle Co. Down.

What type of wax do you use?

We only use European grown soy wax. It is clean burning and doesn’t have to travel over half way across the globe to get here.

DELIVERY

 How much is delivery to the Northern Ireland and the UK?

We have a flat rate of £3.50 for all Northern Irish and UK orders. We also offer free collection Thursday to Sunday from our Newcastle shop.

How much is delivery to IRELAND?

Currently we charge £6.95 for all our Irish orders and we working on bringing that down in the near future.

Do you offer priority shipping?

We do indeed. You can upgrade your order to first class or next day priority. If you order before 1pm we will aim to get it into the same days post.

What happens if my order get damaged during delivery?

Please email us as soon as you can and we can organise a replacement or refund. We may need to forward you on a Royal Mail form to complete.
